Williams captures state runner-upLast weekend, two Brookville Middle School wrestlers traveled the two-hour drive to Marion, Ohio to compete against the best wrestlers in the state. There were boys from 8 different districts across the state resulting in a 48-man bracket for each of the 18 weight classes. Consequently, over 800 wrestlers assembled in the Veterans Memorial Coliseum. In the end, all that is asked of each wrestler is to “Wrestle hard, do your best and leave with no regrets!”

Four new basketball champs to be crownedFor the second straight year no one in Ohio boys high school basketball will be making a return trip to Columbus and the Final Four. This, after regional action this past week.
Boyd named to All Southwest teamBrookville girls basketball player Courtney Boyd continues to land more honors. The Blue Devils all time leading scorer in girls hoops was named First Team All Southwestern Ohio. Scores
