ENGLEWOOD — Who do you turn to if you have a complaint or concern about a nursing home or long-term care facility?
Diane Welborn, Long Term Care Ombudsman of Dayton and Montgomery County, visits the West Carrollton and Northmont Branches of the Dayton Metro Library to discuss the services her office provides.
The Long Term Care Ombudsman offers information, complaint investigation/resolution and advocacy for consumers who are receiving or did receive long-term care services, free of charge. They investigate and resolve citizen concerns and advocate for the rights of individuals living in nursing homes, assisted living facilities and receiving in-home care services.
