Free Thanksgiving dinner offered in Englewood

ENGLEWOOD — The public is invited to a free Thanksgiving Community Dinner on Sunday November 22 at Englewood Christian Assembly of God.

“No matter what your circumstances — whether you are looking for a good time, facing tough times, unemployed or find yourself without home or family — there is no reason to feel isolated or alone on Thanksgiving,” Pastor Tim Scarbrough said. “There is no charge, reservations are not required and everyone is welcome.”

Turkey carvings, mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, green beans, rolls, cranberry sauce and pie for dessert will be served from 5 – 7 p.m. at the church, which is located at 415 North Main Street, Englewood.
