DAYTON — Wrapping up its Pink Loaf campaign in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Klosterman Bread donated one-hundred percent of the proceeds from the Pink Loaves sold throughout the six-week campaign to Pink Ribbon Girls with a public presentation of the check.
Consumers showed support by purchasing specially marked Pink Loaves in local grocery aisles where participating items are sold. Collectively, Klosterman Bread reached its goal of raising $10,000 for Pink Ribbon Girls.
With the help of this donation, the organization aims to launch new educational and support efforts to expand young women’s knowledge on breast cancer.
