Ponitz Center in Dayton.
More than 400 guests will join event chair Sylvain Trepanier, DNP, RN, CENP of Premier Health to honor local heart disease and stroke survivors and celebrate the extraordinary impact of American Heart Association funded research during this special event.
“I am extremely gratified to be chairing the 2016 Heart Ball,” said Trepanier, vice president & system chief nursing officer at Premier Health. “Because the American Heart association is devoted to improving and extending people’s lives, my mother, who suffered a stroke many years ago, continues to live a full and fulfilling life today.”

Guests are also invited to join the American Heart Association for a champagne reception followed by a night of fine dining, live and silent auction and dancing to live entertainment. Proceeds from the special appeal will benefit children with heart disease and help educate children and families about living healthier lifestyles.
Tickets are $150 per person or $250 per person for a patron ticket that includes recognition in the program booklet. The 2016 Heart Ball is working to raise more than $350,000. Proceeds support the association’s research, education, and advocacy programs throughout the Miami Valley, including research at Wright State University, Boonshoft School of Medicine, fitness programs in area schools, CPR training and public health advocacy campaigns.
