DAYTON — Montgomery County Prosecuting Attorney Mat Heck, Jr. announced Friday that Ms. Rion Talley has been promoted to Supervisor of the Criminal Case Management Section of the prosecutor’s office.
The Criminal Case Management Section processes the paperwork and records related to the handling of felony criminal cases from the time a charge has been accepted for felony prosecution through conviction. The staff assigned to the section also provides clerical support to the criminal division attorneys.
Talley joined the prosecutor’s office in September 2013, and she was assigned to the Criminal Case Management Section, serving as a docket coordinator. Rion has most recently been assigned to do forensic monitoring.
“Rion has been an excellent employee since she joined the prosecutor’s office. She has the ‘take charge’ attitude needed to be a great choice to lead that section of my office,” Heck said.
