CHAGRIN FALLS — The Specialty Contractors Coalition of Ohio is pleased to announce its support for Representative Mike Henne (R-Clayton).
“Representative Mike Henne has a strong pro-small business record and deserves to be re-elected,” said Executive Director Rocco Fana, Jr. “Our members appreciate that he is standing up for small businesses and that he understands the issues impacting small business.”
The Air Conditioning Contractors of Ohio (ACCO) and the Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors of Ohio (PHCC Ohio) make up the Specialty Contractors Coalition of Ohio. Both specialty trade associations represent over 500 small businesses that specialize in Plumbing-Heating-Cooling and HVAC/R.
Recently, PHCC Ohio President-Elect Dave Wolfe and PHCC Ohio Past Presidents Ron Schmitt and Bruce Stebbins met with Representative Mike Henne and presented him with a contribution from the Contractors Coalition of Ohio PAC.
“Changes in state law and regulations are detrimental to our business and bottom line,” said President-Elect Dave Wolfe. “The contributions that we make to elected officials are an investment in the future of our industry and one of the most affordable options our members have for political involvement.”
The Specialty Contractors Coalition is constantly reviewing, attending and submitting requests, recommendations and legal opinions to ensure the most advantageous climate and policies for its members. The Coalition works for its members by interacting with state elected officials and government agencies daily, as well as keeping ahead of issues that will affect small business.
