FAIRBORN — New Carlisle, Cedarville, and Huber Heights are the settings for Roger Blakely’s new adventure novel, Avenger.
Avenger is the sixth book in The Artemus Newton Thrillers and is available for your NOOK or Kindle now and is scheduled for paperback release in September. Chief, Arena, Scoundrel, Knight, Turncoat, and Avenger tell the story of Army retiree Artemus Newton and his desire for a nice, quiet retirement.
The New Carlisle Library possesses multiple copies of Blakely’s first five novels and will be adding copies of Avenger to their inventory in September. The New Carlisle Library hosted a book signing for Blakely’s last novel, titled Turncoat in October of last year.
Blakely graduated from Tecumseh High School in 1980 and is a retired Army Chief Warrant Officer Four and resides in Fairborn.
