ENGLEWOOD — Elizabeth Van Dine, co-Founder and president of Be Free Dayton, spoke with the Northmont Rotary about sex trafficking in the Miami Valley.
Be Free Dayton was established to confront this problem that affects cities, suburbs and rural areas alike. Be Free Dayton was the first to identify the sex trafficking cycle of “Before, During, and After” and then to develop programs to address each phase.
