DAYTON — The Northmont Rotary held their most recent meeting at Friendship Village where Executive Chef Michael Goin prepared a veritable feast for the enjoyment of the Rotarians.
While partaking of the culinary delights, Chef Goin spoke about his extensive experience as an executive chef and as a manager of food services in various top restaurants as well as working in the catering business serving politicians, business executives, etc.
In addition, he explained the methods he uses to provide a healthy menu with variety to the residents of Friendship Village. This includes special meals for holidays and with consideration of cultural preferences.
