ENGLEWOOD — Get a taste of fall at the Northmont Branch of the Dayton Metro Library when Edward Stanziano C.E.C. (Certified Executive Chef) hosts a cooking demonstration and tasting.
Chef Stanziano will create a Harvest Soup and Holiday Dip on Saturday, November 19 at 2 p.m. at the Library, located at 333 W. National Road at the Englewood Government Center. The program is free but advance registration is required.
“This is a great program, perfectly timed for holiday hosting,” said Donna Brown, manager of the Northmont Branch Library. “Chef Stanziano is a true friend of the Dayton Metro Library as well.”
Chef Stanziano, a resident of Clayton, was host of ‘The Teaching Chef’ on Dayton’s PBS station Think TV. He is the former Senior Culinary Arts Instructor at Miami Valley Career Technology Center where he impacted the lives of many aspiring young chefs and Studied Culinary Arts at the University of Akron.
