ENGLEWOOD — The Northmont Rotary recently celebrated Jesse Beinkampen as the Northmont Rotary Student of the Month.
This award recognizes a student with stellar integrity, strong academic success, a determined work ethic, and commitment to service.
Beinkampen, an Eagle Scout, role models this in his daily life through volunteering at the House of Bread, service through painting chairs for an assisted living community, and through working part-time during the school year and full-time in the summer.
His academics (in anticipation of an honors diploma) have been rigorous but have well prepared him for his upcoming Engineering major at Miami University.
The Northmont Rotary Club meets at noon each Tuesday at Good Samaritan North Health Center, 9000 N. Main St., Englewood.
